School Tour & Information
Families are encouraged to visit the school for a tour of the campus and discussion with our admission staff. Appointments can be made by contacting the school administration or by booking a tour here
Application and Required Documents
Interested parents/guardians have the option to either apply online by filling in this Application Form or in person at the school by obtaining the application pack from the school reception desk.
There is no application deadline, but it is recommended that the admission process be initiated early on. Applications are accepted but place offers are granted based on spaces available throughout the school year. Please note that there is no “joining fee” on the first occasion of going through the admission process.
When you have made your decision to enroll your child in our school, you will need to provide us with certain documents, including:
- SABIS® Application Form
- SABIS® Medical Form
- SABIS® SDP Form
- Four recent passport-size photographs of the student on white background
- Copy of the student’s, father’s, and mother’s passport
- Copy of the student’s, father’s, and mother’s Residency
- Copy of the student’s, father’s, and mother’s U.A.E. ID
- Copy of the student’s birth certificate attested and translated*
- Copy of the student’s vaccination card
- Recent school report from the previous school. The reports must state the current grade, the grade promoted to, and it must be signed and stamped by the issuing school
Document Attestation and Translation Requirements
Once our Admissions Office confirms that the application is complete and ready to be processed, they will coordinate with parents/guardians to set a date for the interview/diagnostic test, whether online or in person.
U.A.E. + GCC Nationalities: School transfer certificate*^ stamped from the relevant ministry in the country. If your child is attending another school registered with KHDA, a transfer certificate is not required.
West European / Scandinavian / American / Australian Nationalities: School transfer letter*^ or End of year report*^ must be stamped and signed by the issuing school.
For Other Countries: School transfer certificate^ attested or end-of-year report ^ attested.
Attestation: The above documents must be attested by the relevant ministry (e.g. Ministry of Education for school report), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the embassy of the U.A.E. in that country. Alternatively, it could be stamped by the embassy of the issuing country in the U.A.E. and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the U.A.E.
* Translation: These documents must be in either Arabic or English and where necessary translated by an official translator in the U.A.E.
^ Note: School reports and transfer certificates/letters must state that the student has been promoted to the next grade.

Interview / Diagnostic Tests
Once our Admissions Office confirms that the application is complete and ready to be processed, they will coordinate with parents/guardians to set a date for the interview (for Pre-KG to KG 2) or diagnostic test (for Grade 1 and above).
Admission Decisions
Admission decisions are made after careful evaluation of the candidates. Results of diagnostic testing and previous school records are considered on a case-by-case basis. Additional criteria for admission include motivation, social and emotional development, willingness to work hard, and the ability of ISC-Ras Al Khaimah to accommodate the needs of the candidate.
Please note that, in order to complete the registration, the above-mentioned documents should be presented upon initiation of the admission process in support of the application. A final admission decision cannot be made without this information.
Once accepted and the required fees paid, a place for the student is reserved.
